Currently, our bandwidth for pdf downloads are maxed out during prime hours. We've got a lot of bandwidth dedicated to doing this currently but with the overwelmingly good response, it's currently largely taken up and kind of slow. This will taper off in time, probably before we could do anything siginificant about getting more bandwidth. In the very late evenings, I'm seeing some of our bandwidth free up between midnight and 6 am PST, so if you are really in a hurry, then you might find a bettter window late at night or in the wee hours of the morning.
