Humble Bundle Order In Stock?

Hello,

I purchased the Beginner Box through the Humble Bundle deal and I saw elsewhere that the original stock has been sold out already. I made my order last week, a couple of days before that was posted. Is there any way for someone to check my order and see if this will be shipping soon or if I will have to wait for the reprint?

Your order is one of the ones waiting for the reprint. So it will be shipping as soon as that arrives in our warehouse. Our current estimate is early May.

Hmmm.. If you bought yours a couple days before that was posted, there probably isn't much hope for me then XD (I think I bought mine the day of).

Ah well, happy to get the Humble Bundle all the same. Finally gave me a chance to buy into Pathfinder (something I have been wanting to do quite badly :P)

Can I also know if mine is in the reference section? I can't believe something that was ordered won't be shipped until May. Demand is one thing but setting up this whole offer and not being prepared for it is another. Definitely an awful introduction to your product.

By the time it gets here my middle school students won't even have had a chance to play it before the semester is over. I guess I'll be sticking to another brand until next year. Wish I'd known, I'd have spent the money at a local shop or Amazon.

It does look as if your order is backordered as well, and I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. To give you a bit of insight as to why the Beginner Boxes sold out so quickly, our Chief Technical Officer Vic Wertz made a post here, detailing just how wildly the response to Humble Bundle exceeded our expectations.

Ill just take it as a loss and try to find money for 5th edition books before the semester ends.

The digital books you bought at the Humble Bundle should be available to download for you right now. Only the physical Beginners Box is on backorder/reprint.

Which is great for those who just wanted the digital books however with a large group of young teenagers these days something physical to get started was the entire point of getting the full bundle deal for me.

The digital product, which by the way I still cannot download (what a joke), was for supplementing their group once they have a hang of Pathfinder. Not to mention my high school group would use those digital products to supplement their group as well as soon as the files actually work.

Since this train wreck of a bundle occurred I'll keep them on the path of using the free 5th edition rules and attempt to adapt the pathfinder content for them so I can get use out of them. This situation has very much turned me off to any Paizo support for both of my RPG groups in the future.

When the beginner box comes in after the school year ends I'll let the new groups decide if they want to switch RPGs next year.

Just FYI, the Pathfinder rules are also freely available online.
