[Wrath of the Righteous] Character question

In WotR there are quite a lot of barriers in particular that require the acrobatics skill (e.g.. many of the armies)- why are there no characters who actually have acrobatics? Rolling d4s to defeat an army on difficulty 23 is really quite taxing when you have to do it 7 times!

Unless of course you are lucky enough to have the quarterstaff of vaulting and/or (as we do) Shardra with the ability to use her knowledge instead against them.

If the Armies have the demon or undead trait, Kyra can also use her power against them. I often have Kyra make an acrobatics or stealth check with her divine skill just for the fun of it.

First, meet Ekkie.

Second, I don't recall it being that many. There are a few that "offer" Acrobatics. I might be missing a few, but:

Magic Ray Fusillade
Explosive Runes
Poison Spiked Pit Trap
Spiked Pit Trap
Ulkreth
Gelderfang

All those allow another skill (usually at least Dexterity) to defeat them as well.

And the only army I can recall that has Acrobatics is the Abyssal Army. Fortunately, they are Undead, so Kyra can use her power there too. And so can, I think, one of Seelah's roles.

Not to say that having to make a check that you aren't good at making doesn't totally stink. But, it doesn't really seem to happen until deck 6, unless I'm mistaken.
