Starting Campaign - List of resources required

Hi all.
I am wondering if any GMs or threads listing what resources (such as maps and minis) folks would recommend for running this campaign.
Any other resources/guides/notes would be welcomed to help map out the campaign.

But a few good ones you'll want is the player's guide of course
Rule of Fear is a great source book on Ustalav
I found the Necropolis Flip Mat and Crypts Map Pack sold by paizo fun for the parts that take place in the graveyard of the first book!

Also if the campaign hasn't started you may want to wait for Horror Adventures just for some extra goodies. Its not required at all, but it might be fun to have.

Also to add on, u can also incorporate the module Carrion Hill to prolong and shift the mood to book 4.
