First Homebrew Ever - Looking for Advice

Homebrew and House Rules

Apart from any mathematical mistakes / spelling. I am looking for any thoughts on a few things. I cannot tell the relative power strength of my character compared to any premade characters, however her AC seems a little high. Using 140k NPC Wealth per the chart.

Her items are as follows. Ring of Protection +3
Cloak Of Resistance +4
Amulet of Natural Armor+3
Belt Physical Might +2
Headband of Inspired Wisdom Boots Of Speed
Armor +4
Axiomatic Mace MW +1

This leaves 15k Left over for other items like gems / potions / treasure. Before I finish out the second page with any superfluous data like that, I would like the reviews on what I have down so far.
Secondly, any tips on making the text more crisp?

Other NPC's For Reference >> http://www.d20pfsrd.com/bestiary/npc-s#TOC-NPCs-CR-13-

I believe CR = PC Level - 1, so 12 + 1 For Wealth. 13 Total.
Thank you for taking the time to read and or review. ** I do not own the header art **

So this is an NPC?

Yes

It's hard to use theory to test out such a NPC/monster. There is only so far you can go with they. It needs to be play-tested.

LE Aasimer with Angelic Chaotic blood?
The alignment is all over the map.
Once you have internal consistency, you can choose some appropriate items.

If you're the GM, and have access to your player's characters or character sheets, you can figure out the PCs' attack rolls, saving throws, ACs, etc.

Then you can make your NPC so she is hit 25% of the time, 55% of the time, 90% of the time, etc., and also so she hits 40% or 65% or whatever.

Her Blood is Anti-Chaotic, Instead of Anti Evil.

All of her racial's / abilities that would be anti evil are instead anti chaotic. Her axiomatic mace is anti chaotic. Her protection spells are anti chaotic. The theme of the character is entirely anti-chaotic. So much so that she will be evil to enforce the law.

Lawful fits against that, I guess you could argue for Lawful neutral, but that wouldn't make her a very good baddie.

I guess if you have PCs who burn down orphanages and say they are LG that villain is appropriate.

If she tries to detect chaos she will detect her own eyeballs. She is probably very insane. She may kill some of her own minions.

I just don't see how she can use chaotic powers and not become chaotic. You must be playing by some very different rules.
