My Christmas order is still on backorder WTF?

Hey my order made on Dec. 13 Still hasn't shipped. When I ordered it, there was NO indication that the items were on back order, otherwise I would have ordered something else. I actually forgot about this order but then realized that I never gave my gaming friends a gift....So I understand the realities of back orders. But you really should have informed me of that fact. I just ordered and then NOTHING. Also, there is no indication of when the back order is expected to be filled. Please let me know about the status of this backorder. Are all of the items still out of stock? if only one or two, please let me know, i can then reorder and get stuff that you actually have.

Hello Collide,

The item holding up the order is the Council of Thieves dice from Q-Workshop. We are waiting for them to get us. If you'd like I can separate them out into their own order so everything else can ship out right away, or I can cancel them. Otherwise the whole order will wait for them to arrive. I can't see exactly where in the transit process to us they are, just that they are en route.
