Good evening, I have an issue I need help with! Just got home to my package on the doorstep, very happy to get all my items in one go (DMing Rise of the Runelords on Sunday), but I believe my shipment was not handled very carefully if at all by USPS.

Both of my books ordered: Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Hardcover and the core rulebook hardcover, have a corner that has been smashed.

I don't know Paizo policies on shipments and liability but I've been waiting 10 days to get these items and now both the expensive pieces are damaged, was wondering if I could get some assistance on this.

Another issue I have is that I work 9-5 pacific time, I could call around noon to talk to customer service but I will have a small window to do so, and I wanted to post this as fast as possible since it's past closing time for the customer service phone line today.

Thank you again for taking the time to review this, just trying to provide an authentic game to some first time Pathfinder friends and I wanted everything to be nice and crisp for first play through DX
