Arcane Trickster - Bypassing See Invisibility?

Advice

Dark Archive

I'm playing a wizard/rogue/arcane trickster, and my main method of attack is casting Greater Invisibility on myself before peppering opponents with attacks, each one gaining a small amount of sneak attack.

However, recently we've been encountering enemies with See Invisibility and True Seeing; while I know I have other options in my spellbook (and probably more optimal ones, at that), I would like to maintain my shtick and continue effectively being invisible while shooting enemies with my shortbow from 30' away while sneak attacking.

Does anyone have a suggestion so I can maintain this playstyle despite encountering See Invisibility/True Seeing?

Perhaps using your stealth skill? Maybe some use of the Disguise skill?. I'm sure as you have researched See Invisibility and True seeing let the caster see right through an invisibility spell. I don't think a true seeing sees through a mundane disguise.

I'm sorry I don't have a more helpful answer.

Switch to Tiny Hut. It's only foiled by the enemy getting too close, you relocating, or true seeing.

Otherwise, get yourself some hide in plain sight, possibly by way of Hellcat Stealth.

Or blind enemies with Glitterdust instead of using illusions to hide. If they're high will save characters, use Burst of Radiance instead.

Mind Blank or Nondetection if your GM is feeling generous. Darkness/Deeper Darkness or Blindness will also do the trick on the other end of things.

I wouldn't push it, though. Perfect invisibility makes for uninteresting fights.

Nondetection was my preferred way when I played an AT. It has an expensive material component, however, so it can get pricey to keep up at all times. Of course, true seeing also has that issue.

Dust of disappearance makes you "super invisible."
