I've got not bad news, my knee which I thought I really hurt last week is feeling pretty good (finally) today.

Heh, the web said it'd take 4-6 weeks but it's only been 8 days.

I probably should have not done heavy weight lifting on it last week but I find the best way to battle depression is consistent workouts.

I clean. It's something I can manage even when my brain is oozing out of my ears. Then I get tired and look around and everything is nice and tidy. Not only do i feel better about a nicer place, but I accomplished something in the depths of hell. Hard not to feel a teensy bit better.

is it time for me to visit and cook for you?

I got locked out of my account (except phone, it stayed logged in, but it's not a civilized way to post) for about two weeks...

Tech team fought valiantly against the growing evils of rogue AI unleashed by PMG when he fed the growing entity FAWTL rants and then James's thread...

Finally they managed to reach my account from their other side, though they were reluctant to speak of the number of people lost to the mission... Let's say that the person that contacted me via email was neither Robot nor Diego...

Peace out.

And apparently you closed your facebook account...

That's something like 90% of my posts, what does that say about me!

Smashes bottle on floor, curses loudly, pees on wall, takes a dainty sip of tea, scratches crotch.

Agreed.

I cleaned for about 4 hours last week as well, well more organizing and getting rid of stuff as I will need to move to a MUCH smaller place next year and need to start the downsizing now.

In process. We need to be completely out of the apartment by the 21st. It's slow, moving everything I own by myself, one carload at a time, up and down stairs. But I also kinda believe that people should be able to move themselves, so am hoist by my own petard.

Could always apply the principle of "Which takes longer, me spending the time to do the Things, or spending the time to earn the money to pay someone else to do the Things?"

When the answer is that it is more time-efficient to earn the money than doing the Things yourself, spend the money. ;)

Assuming you have the money! :)

Then that solves the time-efficiency equation. :P

So in my case everything would be a zero?

F#*#, but the Cisco CCNA exam is going to be both a pain and expensive (for an almost broke person). ~sighs~ Oh well. Time to hit the books. I really want the exam in the next year or so. The A+ exam too.

I know you well enough my silver-scaled friend that you have other issues clogging this one up.

Mostly its too much slurping away at your time and your money. ;)

Ordinarily, it'd be worth it for you to earn the money to pay someone else to take care of your yard work.

Zeroes in equations tend to simplify them wonderfully, unless in a denominator. But then you have Dirac to assist.

I remember when we were taught the Dirac delta function in college. All the physics majors cheered, while the mathy types yelled "you can't do that!" It's like a phys/math litmus test.

That explains things a bit... Freehold is a physicist!

Oh, wait, he would have to be able to handle complex math on a daily basis as a physicist...
