February Subscriptions Missing

Hello,

I posted in the Febrary thread that my Pathfinder Legends subscription seems messed up. I just realized my Maps subscription is missing on my subscriptions page as well. I know Legends has been pushed back to March, but I should still be getting the Map Pack: Urban Sites and I don't see it on my subscription page. Can someone look into this?

Also, I just received order 3798241 and it was missing Map Pack: Marsh Trails and the Flip Mat: Noble Estate. I did receive both packages that shipped and my side cart items (3827879) were there.

Not having much luck these days.

Hi Olmac,

My guess is that the My Subscription page is being a bit stubborn, which it can tend to do right around auth time. I can definitely put a replacement for the Marsh Trails and Noble Estate maps into your sidecart so that you'll get the replacements.

Since we're planning to start the auth any minute here, I'd say hold tight until you receive your confirmation email. If you check in the February New Release thread and we've announced that order spawning is done and you haven't received a confirmation, let us know and we can take a look to give things a poke.

Grrr, stubborn subscription! I'm sorry that this has been such a pain. I'll go ahead and generate Urban Sites into an order along with all the maps in your sidecart for this month.

In the meantime, I'm going to have our tech team do some poking around to see what is making your subscription so grumpy. Hopefully they should be able to find some clues, and we can work from there.

Sorry it's not a concrete fix right away, but hopefully our tech team will come back with good news. Just let me know if there's anything else I can help out with in the meantime.
