Okay, I know I have asked about cross-pollination of 3pp stuff before but this one doesn't seem like such a big deal and I'm curious if any 3pp would be willing to do it?
If you create classes as part of your offering what about creating the Favored Class benefits not just for the core races, but races from other 3pp? Or visa versa?
I ask because as I sat last night, putting together my Lizardfolk (from Kobold Press) Aegis (from Dreamscarred) I sighed yet again that I had only the base options for favored class bonus.
My group uses 3pp and we don't only use 3pp from one publisher, I doubt most people who have embraced 3pp restrict themselves to just one publisher. And a little cross company support is only going to encourage me to buy more.
I'm glad to hear you are making a lizardfolk! I was one of the writers for that race (along with the other Horsemen). There are a few reasons. The first is that it is hard as a writer to be aware of everything else that is out there. I always try to do my research, but there is only so many hours before a deadline.
In this specific case, I am just not overly familiar with the aegis. I haven't done any writing for Dreamscarred so am less familiar with their work than Kobold Press. Also, the base lizardfolk race probably doesn't gravitate to the class in general (in a favored class sort of way). That can vary from world to world or setting to setting, so it might require some work with your GM.
Also, it is hard to assume that every reader has every resource when there is so much out there. It better in general to keep things contained to the core stuff. While it is a good policy to reference supplements within the same publisher (since that is a safer assumption), even that has limits. You don't want to provide a product that isn't as useful without several other products. Especially since the person probably doesn't know they need those books before purchasing.

The weird and wonderful thing about OGL and 3pp stuff in general is that if one 3pp developer doesn't choose to support something another still might. Your specific inquiry is actually an example of exactly this. Lizardfolk as expanded in the ARC from Kobold (Which is an AMAZING book!) is actually also an expansion off of the Lizardfolk introduced in the ARG from the core pathfinder system and despite neither Paizo or Kobold presenting options for Aegis (as that they didn't create it) or Dreamscarred Press (which didn't expand racial favored classes for all ARG races), it was possible due to the OGL for another third party publisher to pick up the ball.
John Brazer Enterprises did exactly that.
If more 3pp keep working in this integumentary manner, the entire system will continue to support even more growth. It is an amazing thing and we are glad to be a part of it!
