Is it worth it to be a caster Cleric or Warpriest with WIS>STR>CON>other stats with Channel Smite, Guided Hand, and a deity with a bow as a favored weapon? WIS for ranged attack rolls, STR for melee attack rolls. Or would this cut too much into archery feat selection? And if so, what order would these feats be taken in? Would it be worth it to take a dip into Zen Archer for the feat and the WIS to AC?

Could work.
A thrown weapon could also be interesting. You have Returning on your list. Just a thought.
Not worth to Zen Archer at all. Monk AC is never better than armor unless you take it to 20 and get the +1s.
Best order is probably:
1. Channel Smite, Guided Hand
3. PBS
5. Precise Strike
7. Rapid Shot
9. Clustered Shots
11. Power Attack

You could dump STR further and get the guided weapon property.

You could also consider the monk archtype Sensei (2 levles) instead of zen archer.

If you can get reliable access to mage armor and are pumping wisdom the monk wisdom bonus to AC is great.

I have seen a Guided Hand Warpriest archer build. It's pretty good, but rarely was there ever a reason to -want- to fight in melee, especially considering the Air blessing-- which negates AoOs from firing your bow as well as -completely negating ranged penalties-. This lets you make very long-distance attacks with your high Perception and longbow.
If you pick up the Destruction blessing you can get +1/2 your level as a morale bonus to damage on all of your attacks; combined with Fate's Favored and Divine Favor, as well as a decent STR score (and even access to spells like Bull's Strength) you can get very damaging very quickly.
