That sort of thing is completely up to WizKids, but I have to imagine that reprinting large sets isn't something they consider often, for many of the same reasons that we don't reprint very much outside of the Core Rulebook line. You can read about that here.
Not much point in re-doing a whole set when, 5 years later, there are still 10 of 39 in stock at paizo (and it looks similar at other retailers).
@Vic does WizKids get access to your sales statistics?
i.e. do they know quickly a mini has sold out? It might give a good hint at what would be considered for a re-run or do-over.

They're certainly aware of how many cases we bought from them, and we generally tell them how each set is doing in sell through, and when particular singles or types of singles do unexpectedly well (or unexpectedly poorly), Erik will mention it to them.
But remember that while WizKids directs the sort of overall makeup of a set (in terms of how many minis of each commonality and size, the number of pieces of dungeon dressing, etc.) Erik is generally the one doing the selection of individual minis, and he does consider our singles sales.
