Getting emails twice

For my last 2 orders I have been getting the initial Order # email twice. Last time I got the authorization charge twice as well, this time since it was a pre-order and there is no authorization charge I did not see a charge twice.

I am still no sure getting the email twice was related to getting charged twice before, but getting the email twice is still an issue.

Hi Dragnmoon,

That's an issue that's currently cropping up with our system, but our tech team is currently looking into it. You should not have been charged twice, but if it looks like that's happening just let us know and we'll be more than glad to look into it for you.
