How do Fleet Charge / Fleet Warrior / Impossible Speed Work While Mounted?

Rules Questions

In building out a mythic mounted Paladin / Champion, I've run into some grey-zones and contradictions in the rules, and would appreciate some clarity and additional insight. In particular, I'm not sure how a few Champion Path Abilities play out when the character is mounted.

First, let's take a look at the relevant Mounted Combat rules. Key passages in bold.

Mounted Combat Rules Summary:

Your mount acts on your initiative count as you direct it. You move at its speed, but the mount uses its action to move.
...
When you attack a creature smaller than your mount that is on foot, you get the +1 bonus on melee attacks for being on higher ground. If your mount moves more than 5 feet, you can only make a single melee attack. Essentially, you have to wait until the mount gets to your enemy before attacking, so you can't make a full attack. Even at your mount's full speed, you don't take any penalty on melee attacks while mounted.

Now for the Champion Path Abilities

Fleet Charge:

As a swift action, you can expend one use of mythic power to move up to your speed. At any point during this movement, you can make a single melee or ranged attack at your highest attack bonus, adding your tier to the attack roll. This is in addition to any other attacks you make this round. Damage from this attack bypasses all damage reduction.

Question 1: Can you use Fleet Charge when mounted to move up to your mount's movement speed?

Impossible Speed:

Your base land speed increases by 30 feet. In addition, if you expend one use of mythic power, for 1 hour your base land speed increases by 10 feet per mythic tier.

Question 2: I think this one is straight forward, but wondering if it was an oversight. If taken, does Impossible Speed apply to a character's mount? If not, it is likely that an on-foot character will be more mobile than a mounted character.

This next one is the doozy!

Fleet Warrior:

When making a full attack, you can move up to your speed either before or after your attacks. This movement provokes attacks of opportunity as normal.

Question 3: Under the mounted combat rules, it states you move at your mount's speed. So similar to Question 1 re: Fleet Charge, can you use Fleet Warrior to move up to your mount's speed?

Question 4: Under the mounted combat rules, it states that you can only make a single attack if your mount moves more than 5 feet. But under Fleet Warrior it states that you can move and make a full attack. Can you apply Fleet Warrior to move up to your mount's speed and still make a full attack action (including iterative attacks)?

From a design perspective, I see why the original mounted combat rules imposed the "only 1 attack when moving" restriction. Characters on foot didn't get to move and make full attacks, so mounted characters should have the same restriction. However, with the advent of mythic rules, on-foot characters have an option to remove the "only 1 attack when moving" restriction. Are mounted characters able to easily remove the same restriction? (Without waiting until 14th level, and spending 3 feats for Mounted Skirmisher)

Thanks for your time and consideration.
I appreciate any insight that others can offer.

Neither Fleet Charge or Impossible Speed impact a mount's movement, so neither would allow your mount to move further than it already is.

I personally think that Fleet Warrior gets rid of this restriction (bolded for emphasis):

Full-Round Action: A full-round action consumes all your effort during a round. The only movement you can take during a full-round action is a 5-foot step before, during, or after the action. You can also perform free actions and swift actions (see below). See Table: Actions in Combat for a list of full-round actions.

So I don't think Fleet Warrior grants you a movement, I think it just removes the restriction of movement when making taking the full attack action (which is a full-round action).

That said, I believe that would mean you're always allowed to full-attack when mounted. So yes to Question 4.

All of those abilities apply to your character and not your characters mount. So all those abilities only work when your not mounted or if your GM says they do while mounted.

As written, no they don't work on your mount.

None of the Champion Path Abilities apply to companions, such as the Paladin's Bonded Mount. Several of the Guardian Path Abilities do apply, though, so you might consider the Dual Path mythic feat.

So, RAW, the answer to both your questions is "No."
