Sort of debating how to phrase the topic title. Had to somehow put a spoiler in there to make clear what scenario it was, otherwise it wouldn't be clear what I was talking about. If it's too spoilery, feel free to remove it.
We had a party of four, with three people with dumped Charisma, and one Bard with Charisma 14. So our wishes were precious. Naturally, I spent mine on a puppy.
We got Confused in the last fight and we really needed to snap the Barbarian out of it. The Bard's first wish was a Protection From Evil, but didn't roll high enough, so he tried again next round.
Barbarian wished for See Invisibility. He wanted True Seeing, but didn't trust he'd roll enough. Ironically he rolled a natural 20 on the wish. And then got stabbed by people with multiple Mirror Images.
Can't remember what our last person spent it on.
My puppy got nearly killed in combat. I was unable to heal it, but I did heal it before I healed myself. One party member was nice enough to cast Stabilize on it, though.
Poor Waffles. You were real for only a few minutes, but I remember those minutes fondly.

I played this with my 30 Charisma mesmerist. I bet you can guess how excited I was to get the Impossible Actions ability! So much power, derived from the sheer power of the mind and the force of his amazing personality!
...except that our GM, for whom I have only unkind words which I will not post in a public forum, did not inform us of this mechanic, presented us with no details about the environment we were in, and just threw miniatures at our party until it was time to pass out chronicle sheets. I was furious when I read the scenario afterwards and realized what I had been cheated out of.
At least when I GM'd it, we got some awesomeness in. The dragon disciple paladin, whom I've played with very often and frequently makes clear his fervent longing to become the true dragon he knows he should be... used his to duplicate form of the dragon and fulfilled his greatest desire of gobbling up enemies and breathing fire left, right, and center. It was awesome.

Played it with my controller sorcerer who doesn't even have the ability to do HP damage to enemies. No weapons, no direct damage spells, nothing. At level 7, he's done direct damage to enemies exactly twice in his career, both times with alchemist's fires. His summoned critters sometimes contribute to the party's damage output, but he sees doing damage himself as beneath him.
Being chaotic neutral and working with a paladin in this adventure, he couldn't resist going "holy" on the final bad guy. He could have used it for any direct damage spell that he couldn't normally cast, but he went Holy Smite, just to avoid the wiz/sorc spell list and be faux holy.

One of our players was running a Lem pre-gen, and wished he was big. Introducing, Dire Lem!
Meanwhile, my PC ended up emulating a Cleric he knows when one of the party got dropped in the final fight - so all of a sudden the Hellknight Signifier in Mithral Full Plate casts "Heal" to bring the party member from -6 almost back to full!

I gmed this as a higher tier scenario. I can only recall a few wishes. The big one was a mounted monk who was incredibly built, happened to have a chronicle to use mythic powers a certain amount of times. Needless to say he wished to use one without expending the use. I allowed it. Without it... the party was in trouble. The bard wished for a bunch of party support spells and a fighter had severe injuries and wished for wand of restoration. I don't remember the other 2 wishes in the party.

I turned myself into a dragon. Then I got killed.
To be fair, you were playing up, and got right in it's face. Though if there was ever a scenario to take risks like that without worrying about consequences, this was it. You *did* manage to do some serious damage with your breath weapon though! :)

There were a cacophony of errors in that scenario which revolved around me wanting to be a dragon so badly that I forgot how to play the Mesmerist. The character is weirdly built to tank stuff like that for a little bit but at the time all I was thinking,"Roarrrr.... Im a dragon."

Anyway, in our party we mostly went for very practical stuff, like Ghost Touching weapons and Suppress Charms and Compulsions (vs. Confusion).

Before I describe my impossible actions, let me preface by mentioning that the character I used in this is basically Valais from The Traitor's Lodge (I just love playing that character so much). People familiar with that scenario will understand the significance of each of the wishes.
She got to make three impossible actions. Her first wish was to go back to being like she was before her "accident." No idea what spell effect the GM decided to use as reference. I had to burn my GM reroll to get it to stick, but it worked! Her second wish was to be as clever as she used to be, which we mechanically treated as an extended fox's cunning.
I saved her third. As the dreamscape was collapsing, she wished that she would always see herself as she was now in her dreams. I knew it probably wouldn't work, but it was a non-mechanical wish and related to dreams, so I thought just maybe. She would have tried it anyways. I failed that roll, sadly. So sadly that I actually started tearing up.
Thank you, Mr. Brookes (since I know you're watching), for making me cry during a PFS scenario. That table is one of my top three PFS experiences of all time :)

That sounds like an absolutely fantastic and moving experience. I used to think it was impossible to get that kind of emotion out of a roleplaying game, but I've seen characters die and suffer whom I loved like real people. Thank you for sharing.

Mass Ghostbane Dirge - every one of them made the save
It's very hard to get Ghost Touch in a spell, but there is the level 1 power of the Repose/Souls subdomain.

My gnomish sorcerer started off by summoning the giant robot from Rescue At Azlant Ridge, or at least a small more practical version thereof, because mecha are awesome. It was, unfortunately, one-shotted by the main bad guy.
He also set himself on fire (per fire shield) because how often do you get to do that anyway; and provided the party with communal stoneskin and ghost touch weapons during combat (what do you mean there's no Communal Ghostbusters spell? There is now :) ). The final plan was on summoning a bunch of fire elementals (I'm sure you see the pattern here?) but the combat was over before he got the chance. High charisma is fun!

I was the GM, and our Ninja/Shadowdancer used a Summon Monster spell to summon 1d3 Shadow Demons. He thought that was pretty cool! Then our Cleric failed 2 of his 3 checks, and after the fight was over, he used his last roll to just summon an ice cream cone; he barely made the roll. Everyone had a good laugh at his supposed lack of imagination!

When I first played through it we had some characters with access to Ghost Touch abilities and one of the front-liners crit the biggun. We were done in 2 rounds and I think the best anyone got off was a conjured fireball.
More recently I ran the game for a group that wished desperately for some way to have more damage output or ghost touch capability.
...The only wish they had granted that entire game was that they hadn't just TPK'ed. Talk about an emotional rollercoaster.

We had a good party for it. The Paladin and I (cleric) both had +6 charisma mods, and the druid's raptor also apparently had a decent modifier. The other half had a smattering of positives.
The raptor loves to eat, so it summoned a Hero's Feast.
I did a test to improve my shield first. Took two tries, but let me channel for more dice. Then the big one.
My character's an aasimar focused on positive channeling (Serenrite). Her brother was an earlier character of mine - an aasimar focused on negative channeling (follows Hanspur). So if we're making wishes... I wish to visit with my celestial ancestor. I cast Planar Ally for a Movanic Deva (they have interesting ties to positive & negative energy). Had to use my portfolio reroll to pull it off, but it worked. Payed the whatever gold because gold is expendable and comes back after the dream.
Then I got to sit down and chat with my angel great-grandpa for the hero's feast.
We asked if the druid wanted the raptor Awakened (Deva's get that) and he went for it. We ruled that for PFS, it went away after the dream.
Deva was a great tank in the last fight.

I don't know what was in range for the wish, but we had a lot of charisma happy people--I suspect that our GM was too benevolent with our gifts. We got some belts of physical perfection. I got a +3 furious dueling amulet of mighty fists. Some "perfect headbands" (whatever they're called). Basically we just played "wondrous item pinata" with the plane because it was really hard for the people in my group to fail their checks.

My impossible action was dealing 80 (40 post incorp) damage per round due to wildshape, no Cha check required! :)
I almost wished for Blade Barrier. Turns out, angry air walking pounce druid solves a whole heap of combat problems.
Shame, too, cause my buddy was about to drop the Summ Mon IX for the Deva. He did turn into a dragon, but the mirrors ate up his duration.
