I ordered Flip Mat Winter Forest and instead I got the Flip Mat Noble Estate. Relatively bummed because our session on the 30th is going to take place in the snow so I thought this would be perfect.

I'm sorry to hear about the mixup! I'll go ahead and get a replacement order set up to be sent out to you as soon as possible. Hopefully it'll be able to make it to you before your game! Once our warehouse has processed it for shipping, you should receive a confirmation email to let you know that it's on the way.

Wow, to be quite honest I'm surprised it actually made it to you that quickly! I had it sent out on Friday, but I thought it would take a bit more time to get across the country. But I'm glad that it got there faster than expected, rather than the opposite! :D Looks like you'll be able to use it for your game on the 30th after all. :)
