Patient Strike

Does Patient Strike allow you to Ready a Full-Round Attack?

I think it does if you are Gregory House.

In seriousness, no it gives you +2 to your attack roll on your readied action (which is just like any other readied action, although presumably it will be an attack action that you ready) in exchange for taking a full round action instead of a standard action to set up.

It costs a full round action to ready, it doesn't give you a full round action when the action triggers.

It allows you to ready an attack as a full round action. I would treat it as a standard action attack and allow you to use a maneuver or Vital Strike or other feat that alters an attack, except you gain a +2 bonus to hit.
