So I've been using totally see through plastic deck boxes for each adventure deck and for the class decks. The only problem I have with them is that I have to scour the card on top to figure out which deck it is. Does anyone know of some downloadables that I could use as the top card for easy differentiation in each box?

These are free downloads and the images come in multiple file types. If you have a word processor software like Microsoft Word, simply create a table with cells that are 2 1/2" wide by 3 5/8" high and add the images, re-sizing them to fit, and often working better by setting the text wrapping so that the image appears "in front of text."
Alternately, and with much less work involved, store your character cards on top so that you can see at a glance which deck is in which box.
All that said, I do plan to create exactly what you're asking for, but haven't gotten around to it yet. This might just be the impetus I need...

I've updated the vertical divider files for the class decks to include something along the lines of what I think you're asking for. You can see them here.
