I'm wonder if there is a possibility that our characters could really change something after being seeker, and show their deeds to the other PFS new comers in a new season.
Maybe a epic adventure that selects seeker from all over the world, and the 6 among 200,000 agents were summoned to PFS CON'S to play the final stage of the epic event, just like a biz con or sth.
I think the more interactive with the players, the more attractive the game is.
What do you guys think?

There was at one time the thought that characters who finished Eyes of the Ten would get immortalized in Golarion lore. Nothing major, just something like having a street named after you. It could show up in scenarios or in one of the campaign setting books. No writeup, just a label on a map that says "Ispherion Way" or something similar.
And then the sheer scale of that idea hit home. I don't know the total number of reported Eyes of the Ten games but it's got to be well into the thousands of characters by now.
Paizo has tried very hard to keep their Canon continuity up. So far it's been amazingly well done. (There have been errors of course.) Adding that amount of material is incredibly time-consuming. I don't think it's easy to grasp the scale of a project like that.

One thing that I always do in scenarios (usually the older ones or modules) that don't have a named VC is to use my retired seeker as the VC.

Both in terms of hilarity and the amount of shenanigans to keep that much power from just standing up and going "Y'know what, Decemvirate's out, we're going to mob-rule this suckah"?
There are 20th level pathfinders. a 19th level wizard runs their own country and religion. Forget taking over the society, a party of 5 could take over their own continent.

At least one PFS scenario features a Seeker-level PC as a key NPC.

In the Siege of the Diamond City special, GMs are encouraged to use their own PCs as the character giving mission briefings and giving the players an introduction to the city the adventure is set in.

Legacy of the Stonelords does this too.
