My history tab says this order shipped on Dec 4, but I still haven't received it. Not sure if the delay is related to holiday traffic.

Thanks for letting us know! Taking a look into the order, it seems that it was actually processed for shipping on the 7th, but with an estimated 4 - 8 business days in transit, it should have reached you towards the end of this past week.

According to the tracking information, your shipment was transferred to a local Post Office on the 17th, and I know that there can sometimes be a small delay when UPS transfers the package to the USPS. Typically when we see this happen, it does still arrive but just may be a bit late. I would give the shipment a couple more days to account for holiday shipping traffic, and if you still have not received it by Wednesday, let us know and we'll be glad to get a replacement set up for you.
