Okay so i am writing a story, one that takes place deep beneath the earths surface traveling to intercept a drow war party, Are there any modules that have maps and challenges for deep under earth spelunking and exploring.

The latest module from Paizo is Down the Blighted Path which involves an excursion to the Darklands. It might be worth checking out.

IS there any about storming a wizards tower?

By "new", I mean that it's not out until February, so I actually don't know. I thought it was coming out before then, so that won't be much help to you in the immediate future.

What about some tricky wizard tower.

I am thinking of making the story about a wizard who turns the party into Hero mice and they need to traverse his tower in a demunitive size and reach his amulet to come back.

I figure its going to be alot of fun but i need a tower map and some ideas from a module.

The Mysterious Tower Dungeon Crawl Classics #3 for a wizard's tower adventure. It is 3.5 so very close to pathfinder.

They also have DCC 8 Mysteries of the Drow for some weird underdark adventure stuff and Underdark Adventure Guide for an underdark sourcebook.

There's a drow wizard tower in Endless Night. Set up for about 10th-level characters, I believe. It's written for 3.5 rules so it might take a bit of converting.
