↬If you add an item to a pending subscription order and the added item has a "should ship from warehouse estimate of 4-11 business days or longer, your subscription shipment will wait until that new item(s) arrive before it can be shipped. This may delay your subscription shipment!
↬If you need to make changes to the payment method or shipping address, you can make changes to the subscription until the authorization date, if it is after the authorization date, double check the changes applied to both the pending order and the subscription.

Is Pathfinder Battles: Iconic Heroes #4 supposed to be added to this?
According to Sara Marie in the December thread, it should release December 23 and ship in January.

There seems to be a discrepancy between the "My Subscription" page and the Sara Marie's listing for this month: the subscription page additionally lists the comics for Hollow Mountain #3 and Iconic Heroes set #5. Which is correct?

If there is no comic shipping in January, then I would need to change when things ship. Although I would expect a full update of January shipping details to occur after the new year.
Pathfinder Comics: Hollow Mountain #3 street date is currently showing as January 13th, but we do not have our copies yet. If they aren't here by Thursday morning, they won't be in the January subscription release.

Blargh. I trimmed my Cart to add to my Subscription to get my shipping discount and stuff and the Golem's having none of it. I can't even access my Cart anymore. Can I get an assist?
Hunh, it came back. It's showing my current Cart items separated into 3 shipments. Managed to finagle the first into my current subscription shipment and the other 2 to just ship with my subscriptions which I think will work.
You might double check. The Golem didn't seem too happy to serve, but looks like it quite berserking on me.

The order spawning completed last night.
We did have some issues with the very popular Rusty Dragon Inn singles and if you need those moved from your sidecart into your order just let customer service know (email, your own thread or phone).
We know a lot of Battles subscribers are itching to see their cases ship so we'll be trying to start shipping as early as we can on Monday morning. Let us know if you need to make changes as soon as possible.

Warehouse is going to begin shipping subscriber items here shortly. I've asked Will to target orders with minis first since those products have already been released in stores. While this means there will be a concentrated burst of minis going out, some other orders will still also be shipping. Additionally, it doesn't mean that all minis are shipping first either, there are other factors with shipping and processing so many subscription orders that can define where an item goes into the queue.
The current estimate for finishing up new releases shipping is January 22nd.
May the shipping queue be ever in your favor.

I got the shipping notice for my case yesterday. Should be delivered next Tuesday. Also for everything else, including the bar. That stuff goes into UPS's "mail innovations" thing, which means it goes into the USPS's black hole, and only the gods know when it will come out. But at least my pdfs should be available now. :-)

As long as they start my shipment before next Wednesday, I'll be happy. I really only need to see the 2 Hell's Rebels books by then, which is slated as our first meeting (character development, GM Q&A, etc.).
USPS MI is a black hole. One initial update (we have it!), then none, then suddenly it's being delivered.

You should get a shipping e-mail by the 22nd (or possibly sooner, if the Paizo folks post a notice to that effect in this thread before then). If you don't receive that e-mail by the indicated date, then you should bring that up with Paizo as an issue.

Almost all of the Pathfinder Battles subscription copies of Rusty Dragon Inn have been shipped. Most of what is left are from orders where there was a payment method failure or the case is in a sidecart to ship later. If you are expecting yours to ship and it has not yet done so, check your order history to ensure your payment method is correct and contact us so we can help nudge your order out the door.

Noticed my shipping for next month seems a bit excessive. Thought I would mention it here. Hopefully it gets bumped a bit before the authorizations start.

Looks like your subscription is estimating a bit higher because of the shirt that's in your sidecart. As it stands right now, you're supposed to be getting two card decks and the shirt. Since this is over one pound of product that isn't considered "bound, printed material", it's unable to go in one box via standard post.
That being said, the future subscription orders on the My Subscription pages can be a bit iffy. It's an estimate of what next month's shipment is *supposed* to be, but as you know from these threads, things tend to move around a bit. Since we haven't generated the actual orders yet, our system is making an educated guess based on what's supposed to be ready to go next month.
I'd say you should look over your confirmation email next month when orders are generated. If things still look wonky then, just let me know and I can fiddle with shipping options. As always, I'll be happy to help with any other questions you might have in the meantime.

I actually added the shirt to see if that would change it from the $9 that it was for the two class decks. If that's right for the class decks, I guess I'll have to deal with it.
Since card decks aren't bound, they don't qualify for Bound Printed Matter rates either. (The requirement is that half of the contents, by weight, need to be BPM to qualify for the lower rate, so in some cases, adding books can actually decrease your shipping costs, but adding shirts sadly will not.)

All shippable January New Release orders have left the warehouse. If your subscription order has not yet shipped, check your order history to make sure we were able to process the payment method. If everything looks good on the order, just let us know via email, messageboard or phone and we can assist with determining why it hasn't left yet and help nudge it out the door.
