Let's see... no particular energy resistances, but you will need silver cutware. Intelligent, but also a nigh-irredeemable soul. You would literally be devouring evil (eating sin?). Up to the GM whether that would have consequences.
Should go without saying that you would either have to visit their home plane or use some sort of calling magic - summons are out if you want to cook it.
The meat would be exceedingly lean and stringy, much like any honed predator's. I don't think it would taste great, not even counting the whole evil outsider bit.

It's dead, so whether it was intelligent or not is probably irrelevant - especially since it isn't a humanoid so there is no real cannibalism stigma. It really isn't much different than eating an animal at this point. I wouldn't think it was akin to an evil act, depending on how it was killed anyway.
Points of view may also vary on whether it is a survival situation or not.
I would definitely purify it first and opt for strong spices. Something like a potent curry stew perhaps ...

Wouldn't outsiders just dis-corporate after death? I thought they were like elementals, made of the very fabric of their home plane. That's how it supposedly worked in 3.5, anyway.
Only if summoned. While such remains would probably not decay in a normal fashion, a corpse will remain if an outsider is killed for real.

I'm not sure that's true or should be true. Outsiders have a soul/body unity, and per a few articles in various places dead outsiders essence or soul energy returns to/merges with their home plane after they die. They can also only be resurrected by True Resurrection, Miracle, or Wish, which perhaps not coincidentally are all ways to resurrect something without a body.
