Shaman - Deliver Touch Spell Ability

Does this ability allow the familiar to activate any Hex or only Hexes that require a touch? I can read it either way, but don't know if there has been some clarification on the issue?

I think it allows the Shaman to activate the Hex, then the Spirit Animal only does the touch. So it does not allow the Spirit Animal to activate any Hex.

I am concerned with this:

As written it give unlimited range to the touch range hexes at the expense of getting your familiar in danger.

I don't have an idea of how many touch hexes are available, but even one can be excessive.

Really? Maybe for an adventuring party. I see plenty of uses for the healing hex alone when used by things like a mercenary company or an army.
