Order 3766330

Customer Service

Dear Sir,

On 3rd November 2015, you completed and posted my above numbered order using package no. 832336. My order was calculated including shipping and handling charges at $411.71. This morning (21 November) I received a notice from the Royal Mail in England indicating that I am required to pay a customs charge in order to receive my parcel. This charge is £60.74 or approximately $92.28 bringing my total order cost to in excess of $500.

I have received numerous packages from yourself previously and this issue has never arisen. I therefore wonder if something has been omitted at Paizo when this package was sent to me. By way of further information, I have recently received two other parcels from the US and neither of these attracted a customs charge which makes me think that a customs declaration may have been left off the package.

Please could you look into this matter for me. I have a further large order to place with you at the start of December but need to establish if this considerable additional cost will need to be allowed for in the future.

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello Technical Elf,

Everything was included on the customs declaration form. The sticker on the box should list all the items and the cost for them (x72 Toys/Figures and then the total price for them). You may want to contact the customs office and see if they can tell you exactly what the charges are for.

Hello Diego,

Many thanks for your prompt reply. I have now tracked the issue down to this end. It seems to avoid excise charges in the UK I shall need to split future orders to ensure that 2.5% of the total import value of each package does not exceed £9.

Best wishes

Technical Elf
