I placed this order on November 11th and it is still listed as pending. Any idea what the holdup is?

It looks like we are waiting for one of the items, Pairs: Goblins Deck, to get to us. While we have thousands of items in our warehouse there are some items we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when ordered. These items list a longer ship out time on the availability portion of their product page. For instance the Pairs: Goblins Deck says, "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days." That is our estimation for how long it will take to get to us. As soon as it does we will get the order on it's way to you.

If you'd like I can separate the deck out into it's own order so the other items can ship. Otherwise the entire order will wait for the deck.


Any update on the order? If it isn't ready by the beginning of next week I'll probably need to split out the deck to make sure as much as possible arrives before Christmas.

We are still waiting on the Pairs: Goblins Deck. On the long end 18 business days from when the order was placed would put them getting to us on or before Tuesday, December 8. Let me know if you'd like to have them separated out so the rest of the items can get under way right away.


I can wait until Tuesday. If it's not to you guys by then I will need to break it out of the rest of the order.
