Adept Godling Favored Class Bonuses

Okay I do not know the exact book this is from. If anyone can give me a book and page number thank you.

Favored Class Bonus
Humans Gain +1/2 a divine trait rank. (One additional divine trait rank for every two times you select this option.)

I would like to know if this means that when the Adept Godling gains a Divine trait rank they get +1/2. Or each level they gain 1/2 a trait rank.

The d20pfsrd page has an explanation in parenthesis. The full text reads as follows.

Humans Gain +1/2 a divine trait rank. (One additional divine trait rank for every two times you select this option.)
