Old Aasimar Characters and the Grandfathering process

Pathfinder Society

Hey all,

I've recently dug back into PFS after a very long hiatus. Life you know. Anyway I've discovered I have a very low level Aasimar Gunslinger (Mysterious Stranger). I understand that in the year or so since I've been uninvolved they've moved to a new boon system for exotic races. Do I need to scrap this character? If not, can someone point me in the direction of the Grandfathering process so I can have everything done by the book?

Thanks!

You should be good to go.

Also, as a note, the boon system isn't new - it's what's been around since tieflings and aasimars were first available. What has changed is the races available. Before, you could choose from aasimars, tieflings and tengus, as you're well aware. Now, you can choose between kitsune, wayang, nagaji and tengu. It's a trade-off.

In either case, as the Fox linked, you are good to continue playing your aasimar gunslinger! I hope you have fun playing.

You're good. The planetouched had the easy grandfathering rules systems in placae.
