Since the 3.5 Dragonlance book is now as rare as diamonds, may I ask:
How are the Wizards of High Sorcery handled in game?

So glad I bought those as they came out...
Iirc the WoHS PrC was released in the Campaign Setting and then revised very slightly in the Towers of High Sorcery supplement. Sovereign Press did that a few times, so there will be a few feats and PrC repeated in different ways through the books. There's even a change to the War mage PrC as a note somewhere in a different book than where it was published. Just look for publication dates to figure out the most recent version.
Edit: I wonder if they're going to release the web supplements to the various SP books. I have them, but have no idea if they're still available.

Wow, so apparently web archiving is better than I thought!
If you missed out on the web enhancements, they're actually still available here*, here, and here**.
*The Minor Dragon Overlords link appears to have some issues
**None of these appear to work either.
I have all of the missing stuff. Is it kosher to make a complete zip file and link it here? It was all stuff freely available, so I would naively assume there's no copyright issues.

I wouldn't risk it. Paizo is fairly aggressive in shutting that kind of stuff down.
