I placed this order on October 8th, and it was meant to ship after 4-18 business days.
It's now been 24 business days.

It now says "Originally expected to ship in an unknown time frame Product(s) not in stock".

What happened? Why the delay?
Other than Occult Adventures, all the products appear to be in stock and are still purchasable on the store.

Did you sell my non-mint copy of Occult Adventures twice? Am I really being expected to wait until someone drops a copy of that book for my order to be fulfilled?
Given my order has been delayed indefinitely, should I not have been contacted?

Hello Jester David,

The order is being held up by the Telephone Box miniature. We are waiting for it to get to us from Reaper. While we have thousands of items in our warehouse there are some we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order is placed for them. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of their product page. This is our estimation for how long they will take to get to us. If you'd like I can move the miniature to it's own order so everything else can ship out right away.

There is a copy of Occult Adventures for your order, it is not what is delaying the order. Once an order has been placed the items on that order are flagged for it and will not be sold or given to another order.

I apologize if I sound angry. I'm just a little anxious since it's been a month and I've heard nothing.
I checked and saw everything else in the order save the book shows as available on the website. So I got stupid and panicky.

We can keep the order as is and I can just be patient...
