Only a few yards off into the woods, an android had wandered off the road to undergo its "death cycle". It awoke, and walked up to find the dying priestess. The newly reborn android tried to tend to Irlena, but she was too far gone, and soon passed on to her judgment. The android buried Irena, and took on her name, gear, and station, in an effort to carry on her good works. Iomedae seems to approve, and "Irlena" has found her way to the town of Torch, trying to figure out her next move...

Syndel grew up on a remote farm, a place his parents founded to escape the stereotypical distaste of a mixed species couple. unfortunately such a remote homestead was a prime target for roaming terrors of the wilderness. Syndel spent his early life learning how to fight of the monsters of the dark, finding a specific hatred for those mechanical abominations that levee only destruction in the path.
Syndel is quiet and reserved, something terrible happened in his past that has changed him. He is unwilling to talk about it. He is loyal, but a man of few words, choosing silence unless absolutely necessary. He spends most of his time alone, in the wilderness or acting as guide or guard for caravans or travelers. the knowledge of a unawakened robot has perked the half-elfs attention: he believes it a ploy to create an opportunity for destruction within the town.

Edit: saw the deadline. Forming two ides now.
1) Gruun Ironfist, a Mesmerist/Swashbuckler that talks softly, politely, and then slams a spike in your face if you get on his bad side.
2) Ellara, Eldritch Font(Psychic) Arcanist/Pyschic(Rebirth Discipline). Psychic power leaking like a ship full of holes due to a flawed reincarnation cycle. Samsaran to pick up healing spells.

Valgrim is from the Lands of the Linnorn Kings. He grew up as a strong farmboy until his Jarl took all offers to join a mercenary party outside of Ulfen lands. Valgrim jumped at the chance and spent plenty of time just walking eastward passing through many new lands such as the Mammoth Lands, the Worldwound and crossing into Numeria on the way to Mendev. Valgrim spent lots of time perfecting combat with shield and axe. He befriended a rowdy dwarf fighter who was his instructor. The party was ambushed by orcs and Valgrim barely escaped with his life. Separated with his wounded dwarven friend Valgrim carried the man until he died, then took his waraxe as his own to give it honor. He now finds himself stranded in a strange land looking for work.

Not to overstep at all, and with all due respect, but I don't think it would be fair for you to basically be submitting a new character after the deadline. There are other folks who also submitted existing characters that needed "rejiggering," and who didn't get the changes done and submitted by the deadline, and they're not on the list either.
The DM can feel free to tell me I'm out of line here, but the deadline was November 30th. Everyone on the list above took the time to make sure they had their characters done and submitted before then. I think it's only right to respect their efforts by honoring the cut-off.
