Bifurcated magic and similar traits

Rules Questions

Shadow Lodge

So, inner sea races gives us the racial trait Bifurcated Magic, which lets us pick two classes and increase our caster level in both by +1, as long as it doesn't raise either above your hit dice. But it calls out that it doesn't stack with "any similar increase from traits such as Magical Knack"

What counts as similar? Specifically, what about Gifted Adept or Secret of the Impossible Kingdom, which both let you pick a single spell to increase the level of?

Both the Bifurcated Magic and Magical Knack counteract lost CL from multiclassing. I'd say that's the key similarity, not something that boost an individual spell.

That's what I was thinking too, but was looking for confirmation. Thanks.
