My order still hasn't shipped. I can wait for the book, but can I at least get the pdf, I'm sick of waiting for the product to ship. I payed for the PDF I should get it.

I'm sorry to hear that your order has not yet shipped. After taking a look, it seems that we are still waiting to receive more copies of the Path of War book from our distributor. Unfortunately since the item is bundled, the PDF is granted automatically once the physical product has been processed for shipping, so I cannot grant it to you in advance. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, but I have alerted our webstore team, who will be looking into this issue.

Fortunately, you have not yet actually been charged for this order. What you likely saw on your account beforehand was just an authorization, which should have expired by now. For more information about our authorization process, please read our authorization FAQ.

If you'd like to leave the order as it is, it should be charged and shipped automatically when we receive more books. If you'd like to change or cancel the order, just let me know and I'll be glad to help. I apologize again for any inconvenience that this may have caused, but I'll be more than happy to help if there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime.
