Not true, chopswil has the right of it. Some humanoids that are class-based DO NOT follow the rule of Level - 1 to determine CR (such as the drow noble and svirfneblin). If a class-based humanoid doesn't follow that rule, it calls it out in their intro paragraph under their "<X RACE> CHARATERS" section. For example, both the Android and Ghoran have the following sentence in that section:

"A android's/ghoran's challenge rating is equal to her class level."

I did read your original post, I just assumed you were saying the XP was wrong and that the CR was right, which I agreed with. Otherwise I figured you would have said:

With that sentence I quoted, there's more evidence to suggest that the CR is correct and the XP is wrong.

the "computing XP " is my program taking the CR as stated in the SB, returns an XP value and comparing that to that XP value that is in the SB.

So CR of 1 returns XP of 400
this doesn't equal 200 so it flags it as an issue

BTW i do a mathematical formula so i can compute the XP for CRs above 25 given in the Core Rule Book to handle the big boys in Tome of Horrors Complete

Computing if the CR itself is correct in code is a pain, with wealth and trying to determine if adding 2 class levels of expert bumps up the CR on a fire giant--uggh.
i gave up on that.

I think the easiest way to explain it is that the size penalty wasn't factored into Fly. If you fix that and adjust Fly to +39, it fixes everything:

EDIT: Two things not mentioned here, however, are the Fly and Stealth skills which would be affected in some way due to this creature's stats, ranks or not. These may not have been listed though since they would fluctuate due to the creature's Change Size ability. Simply going by the stat block, which lists the creature's size as Huge, these would currently be:

Fly +4 (0 ranks + 4 Dex + 4 good maneuverability - 4 size)
Stealth -4 (0 ranks + 4 Dex - 8 size)

Again, these will change when using its Change Size ability, with the most favorable bonuses resulting from Small size.

Feats come out ok. It took Skill Focus twice (7 feats total).

The skills are screwy, but from what I can tell it looks like Fly didn't factor in the maneuverability bonus and Stealth didn't factor in the size penalty (those are my guesses). Anyway, after correcting Fly like you did, all my skills come out like yours with the exception of Stealth:

The listed +24 bonus to Fly includes a full 15 ranks spent within it, but doesn't include the bonus from the fly spell-like ability because it hasn't been used (this creature doesn't have it as a constant spell-like ability, so her stats don't have it factored in). When she does use her fly spell-like ability, her bonus to Fly would increase to +35 (+24 bonus, +7 half CL, +4 maneuverability).

Since Disable Device is trained only, trapfinding likely wasn't factored in and so its bonus just needs to increase from +7 to +8.

It's worth mentioning though that in the Treasure line, "other treasure" should include a set of thieves' tools, or else she'll take another -2 to Disable Device.

Easiest explanation is that 5 skills were chosen as outsider class skills when only 4 are allowed to be chosen. Knowledge (history) and Perform (oratory) are NOT chosen class skills, but Diplomacy, Intimidate, Knowledge (arcana), Knowledge (religion), and Spellcraft were chosen. One of those 5 skills should receive a -3 reduction. My opinion is either Knowledge (arcana) or Spellcraft should be reduced.

My skill calculations match yours, with the following exceptions (and with my correction in italics):

It almost looks like the emotion ooze had an ability that was deleted. It's getting a random +6 deflection bonus to AC and I can't seem to find a source. My guess is whatever ability is giving it that deflection bonus maybe also gave it an equal bonus to saves? Possibly based off the ooze's Charisma bonus?

Unless someone can point out to me some other use the feat has, having Weapon Finesse as a bonus feat seems redundant since incorporeal creatures already attack using Dex instead of Str. Since it's just a bonus feat instead of one taking up a feat slot, this is fine, it's just worth mentioning.

Because its SLA save DCs are tied to Wisdom (thanks to its psychic amplification ability) it was probably intended that it derives its concentration bonus from Wisdom as well. Still, I see what you mean since it isn't spelled out.

I agree that it's wrong in the book, but I calculate it at a +5 bonus. Humanoids get 1 good save, and it's only usually Reflex. The gray's good save is Will.

This MAY or MAY NOT be true. The lotus tree has Spell Focus (divination) and Greater Spell Focus (divination), which could account for those extra 2 points, but to my knowledge I'm not sure that the devs have officially (as a whole) stated that Spell Focus applies to spell-like abilities or not. The closest thing to an affirmation of this was this post by Owen K. Stephens from over 6 years ago.

Improved Cover is...covered...in the Core Rulebook in the Combat chapter under "Cover":

You could say the racial bonus it gets to Stealth in rocky areas covers for this.

I believe the rule is that Tiny and smaller creatures CAN use Dex instead of Str for Climb and Swim checks, but don't HAVE to. After all, using your muscles to perform these actions logically should always be an option, it's just that these smaller creatures are usually lithe enough to use Dex instead. Some rare few Tiny and smaller creatures, like the earth wysp, have higher Strength than they do Dexterity, and therefore should be able to continue using Str for Climb and Swim. After all, a character with Weapon Finesse who suddenly becomes the target of a bull's strength spell could certainly choose to attack with Strength should it be higher than their Dex at that point.

Cosmic Fire DC is different in the Aura line (DC 35), then in the special ability description (DC 31).
Correct DC should be 31 (10+12+9).
+4 difference might be from Ability Focus or racial bonus, but none are in the stats block and it already has its 12 feats. Might have been removed later in dev and not corrected in both places.

Radiant Transformation DC is also different in the Special Attack line (DC 30), then in the ability description (DC 31).
Correct DC should be 31 (10+12+9).
For this one, I would assume the ability was changed from Charisma-based to Wisdom-based and the change was again not reflected in the stat block or vice versa.
