Has Paizo published anything with in depth information on Ostenso in Cheliax?

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

I'm planning some adventures in which the PCs rescue the populace of a destroyed town from a caravan of hobgoblin slavers but continue to bring them to the slavery practicing port town as refuges. From there they'll need to gather allies and use the influx of destitute people to overthrow the local government and install a new regime loyal to the quest giver who is in reality a succubus playing a long game to create a portal into the material plane for her master Socothbenoth, essentially a second worldwound. Ostenso in Cheliax seems like the best city, it's close to goblin infested Isger as well as the politically hostile Andoran which serves as a good point of origin for the hobgoblins' captives. Having the PCs take down a piece of the diabolic Chelish government will divert attention away from the patron's own fiendish agenda and makes a bit of sense when you consider that Socothbenoth is the demon lord of pride and probably couldn't resist the chance to humiliate the devils in their material plane stronghold.

With that in mind I'm looking for any published material that covers Ostenso in more depth. I've read the description in the Inner Sea World Guide but it only gives so many details. I also looked into a companion book called Cheliax, Empire of Devils but it doesn't seem to cover Ostenso in much detail.

Not really so far, but there might be something in the upcoming Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Cheliax, The Infernal Empire next month.

From existing material, the headquarters of the Hellknight Order of the Pyre is near Ostenso, so that Hellknight Order would have a major presence in that city. I also think I recall reading about some connection between the Aspis Consortium and Ostenso that I cannot track down at the moment (Is it perhaps in the Inner Sea World Guide?), but it is a safe bet that the Aspis Consortium has a major presence in Ostenso regardless of where they were founded. There are probably relatively few nobles there (as the courtiers loyal to Thrune are mostly in Egorian, while those of older families are mostly in Westcrown, leaving only those nobles whose primary holdings are in or near Ostenso itself).

Also, there is a good chance that Ostenso will be invaded by the Glorious Reclamation in the Hell's Vengeance adventure path since that group's first major battle is at Citadel Dinyar in Isger -- of course, you would have to wait several months longer if you want to incorporate that Adventure Path into your adventure background.

The Consortium may have been founded there - other sources are inconsistent on this point. One of the Aspis Consortium founders is mentioned in Classic Horrors Revisited.

Classic Horrors Revisited:
J. A. Alexayn, one of the three founders of the Consortium, rose from the grave as a mummy after learning that he had been forgotten by the world.

There will also be a bit more detail about (at least parts of) the city at the end of March.

There's a decent sized wiki page pulling information from a number of sources
