Dual Cursed Oracle - Misfortune Nystery - unknown actions

Rules Questions

Can an Orcale use a Misfortune on a target 's roll when he has no awareness that the creature is rolling?

For example there is a fight and an invisible enemy turns up and makes an attack. Can the Oracle force the target to reroll the attack when the PC doesn't even know the enemy is there or making an attack?

Any cites to support views would be appreciated of possible.

Thanks

Misfortune refers to the creature affected as a target of the revelation. Generally, you cannot target a creature you cannot see.

At 1st level, as an immediate action, you can force a creature within 30 feet to reroll any one d20 roll that it has just made before the results of the roll are revealed. The creature must take the result of the reroll, even if it's worse than the original roll. Once a creature has suffered from your misfortune, it cannot be the target of this revelation again for 1 day.

It's a targeted ability on a creature. You need to perceive the creature in order to target it.

Same if the creature was around a corner and out of sight.
