Hi,

On September 16 I received an email that the order number # 3,681,606 had been sent.

Today at November 3 I still have not received and simply wanted to know whether there was any problem with the shipment. :-(

Hello Toni,

Your order shipped out on September 16 and had 9-36 business days in transit. On the long end that would have it arriving on or before Friday, November 6. So it is not late quite yet. If you have not received it by end of day on Friday let us know.
