I'm going to be working somewhere between West Palm Beach and Port St Lucie between November 9th and December 22nd.

What is the PFS scene like in that part of the state like?

Am availble to play or gm. Also, at least part of the time I will be on public transportation and my assumption based off past experince in that part of the country that its poor.

Am I wrong about this?

You might want to check out the Florida pathfinder web site at http://www.floridapfs.org to see if there is a group in the area you will be working.

As for transportation, that would also depend where you end up at so I can not answer that might want to check the county web sites for more information.

Good luck on your trip.

Public transportation around there is awful. Your company should get you a rental car, because driving is the only real way to get anywhere around there.

I can't tell you what PFS is like down there any more. When I lived there, there was almost nothing public. I was part of a home group, and we started meeting at a store once in a while towards the end, but that was in Broward county, so way south of where you'll be.

There are almost no gaming stores in the area, so finding public games might not happen. Check with Past, Present, Future in West Palm Beach, though. As the one and only comics/gaming store for the entire county, they might have something these days. It has been a couple of years since I was down there, so something new might be happening.
