What type of Ring of Eloquence would the Grand Lodge stock?

The Ring of Eloquence flavor says it normally includes the Common, Dwarven, Elven, and Gnome languages. This is a fairly classic fantasy line up that does not reflect the the world of Golarion and the Inner Seas.

So, what would be the most common Ring of Eloquence created by the Grand Lodge or by the enchanters of Absalom; the choice ring of merchants, mercenaries, ambassadors, and pathfinder agents? I'm thinking Common (Taldane), Hallit, Tien, and maybe Osiriani.

What do you think?

I'm fairly certain they ruled that only that normal ring is available. I'll see if I can find the ruling and post it.

EDIT: Yep it was in a blog post

Can one purchase a ring of eloquence (Pathfinder RPG Advanced Class Guide 216) with any combination of languages? Are restricted or banned languages such as Druidic or Androffan options?

At this time, only two configurations of the ring of eloquence exist in the organized play campaign. The first grants the ability to speak and understand Common, Dwarven, Elven, and Gnome. The second grants the ability to speak and understand Giant, Goblin, Orc, and Undercommon. Rings with other configurations may appear as treasure on Chronicle sheets.

Thanks for noticing that. John comments on it in this blog post.

EDIT: Ninga reply and edit acknowledged.

I'd very much like a PFS legal version with the 4 elemental languages.

That would be a nice item for a Chronicle

One that seems appropriate to the society would be a ring of the dead languages: Ancient Osiriani, Azlanti, Jistka, and Thassilonian.

As dead languages are rarely spoken most of the times spectacles of understanding would suffice.

Didn't know those were out there. That would do the trick.

Ya, the ring has diplomacy bonuses that are lost on dead languages. Hence the idea of living languages from regions that may not include common.

A wand of comprehend languages is a cheap fix for the dead languages.

Silver Crusade 4/5

Yeah, all my spellcasters carry at least 2 scrolls of Comprehend Languages at all times. I've never quite used it enough for a wand, but I can see maybe doing that if you've got extra prestige to burn.

I just picked up the regular one with common, so I could talk to the party in fox form.

I also picked up 140 proof dwarven brandy, labled it "elixir of fox comprehension" and hand it out to the party.

So yes, the fox talks, but only when you're really really drunk.

I hope you don't mind if I copy this one :)
