1. Raging Song is a Rage effect.
2. Rage is an exception to the general undead rules. It was handle this way in official products, but never explicitly spelled out. Paizo then clarified this.
From another thread on the matter:
page 241 of the Monster Codex:
Quote:Undead Barbarian An undead creature with the ability to enter a rage gains the morale bonuses from rage despite being immune to morale effects. The bonus to Constitution from the rage applies to an undead creature's Charisma instead.

Does this mean an undead Bloodrager gains his rage bonus to strength and charisma, and is immune to fatigue?

Well, conveniently, spell warrior skald replaces inspire rage with weapon song, so the undead/rage/morale interaction is moot for this character. As far as common rage powers that would be wonky for undead, none that I can think of.
Superstition is a morale bonus.
Can't remember if witch hunter is too.

Well, undead aren't immune to fatigue I think.

They are immune to fatigue, but there have been changes to several rage powers that will fatigue you even if you are immune to fatigue.
Not subject to nonlethal damage, ability drain, or energy drain. Immune to damage to its physical ability scores (Constitution, Dexterity, and Strength), as well as to exhaustion and fatigue effects.

Woah, care to clarify on these rage powers that will automatically make you fatigued?

Wait, so rage cycling at relatively low levels. If you take, say, Mark of the Devoted (and die), you could be a rage-cycler at level 1. If you take Mark of the Devoted and Mad Magic, are a 1st level Bloodrager and an X level Sorcerer or Overwhelming Soul Kineticist, you could boost your save DCs or damage using your charismawesome.
