For sleeving RotR (including the Character Add On Deck), see here. Note that RotR is an AP. If you are talking about sleeving every AP (Rise of the Runelords, Skull & Shackles, and Wrath of the Righteous currently; Mummy's Mask is due for release around February-ish), then you'll need significantly more sleeves than the link I provided :)
Class Decks are not included in that figure, each class deck is 109 cards, some of which are character/role/token cards and should therefore use clear sleeves instead of opaque. As for sleeving class decks, it depends on what you are planning on using them for. If you are planning on using them for Organized Play, I'd only bother getting 3 clear sleeves (one each for the token card, character card, and role card) and around 30 opaque sleeves for the deck to cover both your actual deck and to sleeve cards you acquire during the course of a play session. If you are planning on using the class decks for mixing into the box, then you'd need at most 100 sleeves per class deck (the initial 7 class decks need 12 clear sleeves and 97 opaque; all class decks past the initial batch need 9 clear sleeves and 100 opaque). I strongly discourage you from mixing every class deck into the box all at once -- only mix in class decks if you're actually playing a character from that class deck. Otherwise, the boon pool gets incredibly diluted which ruins not only the atmosphere of the AP, but also makes it significantly harder for you to find any AP-specific boons that assist you for that AP's unique challenges far better than any class deck boon could hope to achieve.
