...but not particularly keen on the 'feat tax' of Point Blank.

Are there any PFS-legal archetypes or classses that get to that spot after two levels of Bolt Ace, without tricky alignment requirements?

Grand Lodge

Ranger does, at second level, using the Archery combat style.

Edit: So can the Slayer ACG class, since it has the Ranger Combat Style talent.

Neither of those has any alignment restrictions, AFAIK.

Two levels of ranger with the archery or crossbow combat style?

Unless I'm not interpreting your request correctly. Always possible. ^_^

The only other one I could think of was Divine Hunter, which is what prompted the 'tricky alignment requirement' comment.

Benefit of Ranger: Could even poke myself with my PFS CLW wand!

Benefit of Slayer: Don't have to deal with favored/target/terrain/situationals... Everything is 'study' that target, and bam.

Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing one.

Remember that there are plenty of ranger archetypes - some will get rid of your favored enemy while leaving the combat style intact. Off the top of my head, guide is one such.

Checking archetype list...

Freebooter looks like a fabulous alternative to slayer. Studied target - but for everyone.

Guide is more self-focused, but the principle is similar. Once per day, though.

The hooded champion would give you a panache pool - double-dip, anyone?

Toxophilite might stack with one or more of those, and seems like an appropriate addition.

I'd take a look at those.

Divine Hunter Paladin get's it at 1st level.

You could become a fallen Paladin, and retain the saves, BAB, proficiencies, and feats.

Where are Freebooter and Toxophilite?

Silver Crusade Contributor

Freebooter is in Pathfinder Player Companion: Pirates of the Inner Sea.

Toxophilite is in Pathfinder Player Companion: Ranged Tactics Toolbox.

Since I don't have either one of those, those are sadly off the table. Thank you for finding them, though!
