I am a long time 3.5/Pathfinder player but I usually stick to the core classes. Don't know why, but its what I do. I am looking at a witch for the upcoming RoW AP that we will be running and I was wondering how this hex works. It seems to me that it will be very useful and I like a character that has utility belt options.
It says it functions like Spider Climb but you need ice on the walls to climb, and you're not hindered in normal snow.
It says nothing about duration, or how many times I can do it. If it functions like the Spider Climb spell does it have that same time duration. As far as how often I can use it, am I able to keep recasting it?
It's not really clear in the RoW players guide, and in the Hex section it does not state duration/frequency. Any help here would be appreciated.

Unless stated otherwise in the description, hexes are at will powers.
As for the duration, I think you will find more table variation there. I see three options:
A) Duration is 10 minutes per witch level, as per the duration of spider climb.
B) Duration is effectively continuous, but may end if the witch is rendered unconscious.
C) Duration is effectively permanent, ending only if the witch dies or enters an anti magic field.
In any case, the witch can always reinstate the hex at any time.

Yeah I think that the duration is as per the spell. But thank you for the at will info. I did not want to jump to that conclusion, but because it did not have a x/per day it was what I was thinking.
