Order 3741540 - Product out of stock?

Hello,

I just placed an order for Labyrinth War on Terror in Order 3741540. On the product page it looked as though it was in stock (no unavailability tag that I could see) but upon completing my order, the status field said something about the item being on back order.

So is this board game actually in stock or not? If it is actually out of stock and there is no estimation of when it will be in stock, I think I would want to just cancel the order and look elsewhere.

The copy you ordered was the only one we had on hand and was flagged for your order. Since we have no more available the site updated to reflect that it is out of stock all over the site. We do have one that will be shipping out to you.

So it has been two weeks and my order is still in 'pending' status. Does it normally take this long to ship a product? Or is there an issue with my order?

It looks like the order got stuck. I have pried it loose and am asking the warehouse to get it going right away.

Appreciate the response Diego. I didn't want to be a bother but it's hard to find this board game these days and I'm eager to get my hands on it. Thank you!
