Plunder and Peril crossover

Skull & Shackles

I'm planning on substituting Plunder and Peril for the 2'nd module in Skull and Shackles. I'm also planning on replacing Captain Lanteri with Isabella 'Inkskin' Locke. Would there be any serious issues with the plot in doing this replacement? I like the idea of having her tattoo-map be part of finding the treasure of Jemma Redclaw. I'd obviously just ignore the association with the Sanghuin.

Sovereign Court

she's expected to die at the hands of the PCs, so no plot issues with this swap (unless, as in the case of my group, the PCs have 'other plans' for her... one of the PCs is now sailing the seas with her... full on piratey romance... I smell Orlando Bloom's influence... Johnny Depp would have none of this...)

That would be fine. As written, "Raiders of the Fever Sea" basically just uses her to deliver a treasure map. For a character that they devoted two really cool pieces of character art to and featured on the cover of the book, she really did very little in the game as written. One of my few criticisms of the module is that I wish they would've done more with her.

Sovereign Court

the artist forgot to show her smiling though... that would have been interesting! ;)

Edit: actually art piece number two shows her smiling...... with white teeth... sigh
