This is going to sound very stupid, I know, but this is a question I've been kinda wondering. What do we do about chronicle sheets for scenarios that we do online? Does the GM provide them digitally and we can print them off or what exactly? Sorry about this, I know the answer might seem obvious but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Since I'm starting an on-line game in a few days, yeah. I will print off at least 2 (probably more) copies of the chronicle sheet. I'll then fill them in and send them via email to the players. Well, most of them anyway. One of the players I know offline and can get him his chronicle in person.
It was a sensible question though. I'd had a similar one before when I was thinking of running PFS sessions via play-by-post.

I use https://dochub.com/ and google drive to create my chronicles for PBP. The former lets you strip out all pages except for the necessary chronicle from the pdf, and then you can add text as necessary, and send copies to Google Drive as you personalize them for your players. That also allows easy distribution of the files as well.

What about the need to initial and sign it?
