Mythic Tangible Illusion usage question

Advice

A direct question that I cannot seem to find an answer to concerning the use of Silent Image and the mythic power, Tangible Illusion... If I were to put an illusion using Silent Image directly over an enemy of them encased in the center of an adamantine block (roughly say a 50' area), then touch the illusion with Tangible Illusion, how should this be handled in terms of saves and effects? I would think MAYBE a reflex save, but by the same token, how do you dodge a huge block that suddenly fills when you thought it was only an illusion to begin with? I am thinking that effects would be death after suffocating and being unable to move. Aside from someone with the right contingency or ability to move through solids, they're SOL. I could really use some thoughts on this please... Thank you!

Rule of common sense, a 1st level spell should not be an insta-kill without Serious Investment.

Rule it that it becomes solid from the place it was touched and radiate out, pushing the person inside out. I'd concede it would cause damage, or at least a Combat Maneuver style effect (bull rush, trip, dirty), but not an instant entombment leading to suffication.

just my 2cp
