None of it is copyright-free, but that doesn't mean you can't use it—you can only use it under certain circumstances as outlined in the Open Gaming License and the Pathfinder Compatibility License. If you're releasing anything to do with the mechanics, you need to be familiar with the Open Gaming License and the Pathfinder Compatibility License, both of which exist in a hazy gray area regarding software. The Pathfinder Compatibility License specifically states that you can only claim Pathfinder Compatibility if you're on a "freely usable website." If you do not understand what these licenses mean, you should absolutely consult a lawyer, because they are legally binding. If you're looking to gain a license from us for your app, you should contact licensing@paizo.com.
The Community Use Project agreement is for non-commercial (non-profit) projects, so this isn't the right forum for your question, so I will be moving it.
