Character Concept - Chair-Throwing Madman

Advice

I was looking into a character concept of a guy who's best skill is throwing chairs (and/or other such objects, but mostly chairs) at his enemies.

He even carries his favorite chair(s) with him for he considers them to be his weapon of choice, but he doesn't object to throwing other things when he's out of chairs to throw.

One major question comes to mind: Can a chair be a magical weapon? I know there's a spell that allows an improvised weapon to be considered masterwork for 1/hour per level, but I don't know if they can go further than that.

For character class, there's the Hurler Barbarian (Hurling rage powers, Hurling Charge, STR increase applies to everything) and Vanilla Fighter (due to how many feats this build can required) that seem mechanically interesting.

Either way, I was think of taking Throw Anything, Quick Draw, Two-Handed Thrower, the ranged combat feats (Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot, Deadly Aim, Rapid Shot, etc.) and finally Catch Off Guard/Improvised Weapon Mastery.

This would allow the character to slam people's face in with his chair two-handed in melee and from range. I was wondering if this was really viable mechanically. I would appreciate some ideas/thoughts/comments.
